Purely Hypothetical Question, Of Course

If I were able to make it to NYC sometime in January, is there anyone who would be kind enough to have me as a house guest for a few days? I don't snore or have any real disgusting habits, and I'll promise to bring all sorts of goodies in exchange for a place to lay my head.

I see my response to this (I swear I did) got lost, but I hope you're still coming! I'm downtown, near Bway/Houston (pronounced HOUSE-ton, FYI, a major "tourist tell"), a thouroughfare for shopping etc.--would love to see you! (I was offering my loftbed, but lucky for you you don't need it--I bet I have the messiest one of the whole bunch, and I'd win that one, no doubt!)
