It's not. They're already reporting that Bin Laden associates are being identified now on airport video at Logan.

Good point. I think, though, that they may have evidence it was an outside terrorist group rather than home-based militia types. I almost wish it were something internal...the ramifications of that would be a little easier to swallow...and the certainty of retaliation against even more innocent people would not be so great.
