With all this craziness, I can't get through to any of my friends in the city. Please, please, please if you see this try to call me tonight or have someone call/email me to let me know you're ok!! Eric, call your mother!!!
My friend at work is from NYC and his brother works in the WTC. We were trying to call for what seemed like hours. By a freak change of schedule his brother was at home. He got off the phone and we both just started sobbing. I still haven't heard from a couple of people yet, so I'm worried sick. The world has changed, and not for the better.
