i know how you feel. my aunt is a teacher in NJ and lives in the city. i guess they closed all the schools over there for today, but i can't reach her. my grandmother said she could see the second collapse form her window across the river. (she lives in hackensack.) craziness.
My friend at work is from NYC and his brother works in the WTC. We were trying to call for what seemed like hours. By a freak change of schedule his brother was at home. He got off the phone and we both just started sobbing. I still haven't heard from a couple of people yet, so I'm worried sick. The world has changed, and not for the better.
