A sign of better times...a few months ago, I would have been in court trying whatever nasty felony of the week was on the docket. A few weeks ago, I would have been wandering around the house in tears, wondering if I had made the biggest mistake of my life by moving here. Now I'm sitting home in my pajamas, hair all catawampus, eating spinach dip and corn chips for breakfast, working on the second chapter of my novel. Finally.


And don't go all Simon on me, Nick. I'm no writer. I'm just a person who likes to write. Really. ; - P

I want spinach dip. Wah. I'm putting off cleaning the kitchen, because Alan cooked all day yesterday and it's a disaster.

Sure you don't want to come live in the basement? It's got a fireplace and four kitties to keep yours company. All you have to bring is Alan so he can cook for us! : )
