Cryptic Dream

I had a dream last night where I was a naked warrior. I wore only a very sheer green silk floral embroidered sash around my hips and my hair flew around my face like fire while I battled all sorts of nondescript bad things. I became aware at one point that someone was watching me. I couldn't make out anything but the figure of an old woman in the shadows. I sensed that she was on my side and very wise. She said one thing to me and then vanished. When you put enough heart into it, even the most difficult fight transforms itself into life's dance. Weird. My dreams are usually not nearly so new age. Still, it's something I felt like I needed to remember. It's a message dream, without a doubt. So if that speaks to you, then maybe I've passed it along as I awoke feeling I needed to.

Spectacular imagery with that dream. I bet that sash looked FABULOUS with your in progress tattoo. If you don't mind, I would LOVE to continue following the progress of your tattoo and I have really enjoyed your writing about anything and everything and the insanity you deal with in your job. If you removed me because I am boring and/or have been absent of late, would you add me back??? Pweeeeeease? You don't have to read my posts even. :D If I somehow managed to offend you in some way then don't and I will understand.

that's beautiful. very intense. i wonder if the subject matter of your dreams is affected not only internal things but external things as well -- for instance, where in the world you choose to make your home. i can't imagine ever having that kind of dream, because i live in the northeast.

case in point: last night i dreamed that my friend matt shot me in the ass with a nailgun.
