Only around my ribs, spine, and the sides of my hips. For the most part, it's just kind of an irritating pain. On a scale from 1-10 with 1 being no pain and 10 being childbirth with no epidural...I'd say it's about a 3. ; )
Only a 3? I always assumed it would be much worse than that. Perhaps that why inking is so popular.
(By the way, I had both my kids with no epidural or drugs and can say that "natural" childbirth might be an 8 when compared to the pain of a kidney stone. Ouch.)
