It's been a hard, hopeless morning. All calls and no answers.

No Buster.

In spite of all the fliers we posted yesterday, I know that if he's not back by now, he's probably gone.

Dog gone.

HE'S HOME!!!!!!!!
Evidently, while I was picturing him dying a slow, painful death out in the woods somewhere, he was busy eating Snausages and Beggin' Strips...being spoiled and pampered by woman who lives a block over. He didn't come when we called because he was inside lolling around watching television. Her neighbor saw the flier we put up yesterday with his photo and they called me this morning after court.

She told me that her husband had been calling him "Elmer." I'm making a donation to the local shelter here in their name as a thank you. I have never been so relieved! And I've never seen my boys so joyful!
