It's Official

Alamo City Rollergirls is now a reality. Our first meeting and skating practice is tonight and I don't think any of us could be more excited! I haven't said much about this because I didn't want to jinx anything, but an absolutely amazing group of ladies somehow came together and made it happen over the last few weeks with a lot of hard work and commitment! I also want to give a HUGE shout out to the Texas Rollergirls training coordinators who have been nothing but supportive and helpful from the beginning. I can't even say enough good about the Texas Rollergirls. Go see them!!!

So...Roller derby's coming to San Antonio, ya'll! : )

You can keep up with us there if you get tired of hearing about my bruises and old bones here. lacyunderall has already warned me to take my Geritol! ; )
